I thought about modifying jpegenc or udpsink but the right way to do it would be creating a new smartcam plugin to sit between jpegenc and udpsink.

Sorry mate, I'm from the UK on the Vodafone network. I suspect the IP will change if you go abroad though. Can't imagine they'd route traffic back through the UK just to go through Vodafone's...

Awful! :( I've emailed Nokia twice now and not had a reply in weeks.
The 6063 bug doesn't appear to have any official comments on it either.
Not really sure where to go from here but I would...
