It only appears on the menu when the lens cover is open
Try opening the camera lens, close down the camera application and check the menu again.

It's possible to setup multiple accounts using the built in email program which I've setup both a googlemail and sky webmail account.

Googlemail was easy to set up (pop mail) but the sky webmail...
