Re: PR1.2 Privacy breach?
I'm guessing this is the screen that myself and others never saw. Notice the lack of means of not agreeing.

Re: PR1.2 Privacy breach?
Shortly after I first started this thread, I was starting to think that it was only me that wasn't informed that I would be sending a message. I was also starting to think that it was only me that...

Re: PR1.2 Privacy breach?
Isn't that what I just said?
Yes, but I gave explicit, informed permission for them to hold my details. They need those details to offer me a service. Nokia don't NEED my details to allow my...

Re: PR1.2 Privacy breach?
Regardless of whether a notification does/doesn't appear, it's still not very clear that Nokia are doing this.
I'm sorry, but stuff like this should be in big red letters. Not burried...

Re: PR1.2 Privacy breach?
That's the thing, it DIDN'T ask. And no, I don't just click through Yes/OK/Whatever.

Re: Left high-and-dry by Nokia/Ovi store :(
I've just had a quick scan of the Ovi Publishers agreement. I am far from a lawyer, but it seems very generic to me.
I was specifically looking for any clause that would prevent a consortium. I...

Re: Left high-and-dry by Nokia/Ovi store :(
I've just reread this thread, and I've realised that I may be coming across as overly negative. That's not my intention. Sorry.
Anyway. Is the VAT requirement maybe because of the way sales are...

Re: IT as Windows SideShow device
I couldn't resist spending more time on mSideShow. ;)
I have now made the application multi threaded, which makes a VAST improvement on updates etc. It's now VERY fast. :)
I've been looking...

Re: IT as Windows SideShow device
Another update:
I have made this release because I need to back off from this project for a while in order to complete some other (paying) ones. I will still keep track of any bug reports and...
