Completely agree, the whole positioning mobile or tablet is basically impossible to distinguish now. This is just marketing speech and I guess it is like comparing a netbook with a smaller laptop......

Check this news, some Japanese companies are teaming up to create a common platform to run both Symbian and Linux. My guess is that by Linux they mean Meego, since some of the companies are taking...

Sorry, but this QT 4.6 speech is a great marketing argument... There is no warranty that a Developer will support both Meego and Maemo versions and the source code is exactly the same between both...

Nokia is purposely delaying PR1.2 so early adopters like us can learn a most needed skill: patience!! They were always thinking about Client mental health, we just didn't realized it! :D

I think subjects like Maemo future with Meego announcement is more important thinking about the long-term, but even so I also think PR1.2 is taking too long, no matter it is delayed or on schedule...

Agreed, let's now spread the news about this survey.

In the past I tried to complain about the uncertainty of Maemo/Meego and lack with Ovi Maps on this forum, and some people like @qgil clarified...

I wouldn't be so radical. Just remember that early adopters for any kind of gadget are impatient by definition!! And the impatience is surely not driven by this thread, it would happen anyway...
