Thanks - this worked. Now it remains to be seen if setting the Skype account offlne amounts to the same thing as disabling the Skype account. The reason I am looking to turn Skype off when not on...

Has anyone been able to get Clisk, the command-line interface for Skype (http://www.dlee.org/skype/clisk/) talking with Skype on N9?
