So i have a black n9 64gb, still in warranty in mint condition (no scratches on display or case), with all original accessories, pr1.3_pr001, used as a second phone. Never serviced or dropped....

uhm, i dont think this is applicable here, since it just has show the sim card not inserted logo and than after fiddling around some with reboots and reinserting the sim it worked for a few hours and...
