Hm, this is interesting, because this is exactly what it used to do to me, which was why I only recently updated the bootmenu module to work with backupmenu "correctly".

If you still have problems with this, disabling the lifeguard-reset may help.

I put a piece of plastic foil and the battery stays more fix in place.

I have start it several times now without any issue!

It's in the Settings > Profiles > Touch screen sounds. In other words the bottom setting in the profiles submenu/window. Hope that helps. :)
