I found the solution to icrease call volume(earpiece). Edit file /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths/nokia-dfl61-twl4030-output-earpiece.conf and change in # Enable earpiece output from DAC2 left...

I'd love to see this behavior changed to notify for every email, but it seems Nokia have made there decision on this one. Shame, as WP7.5 does it the 'right' way :)
