If you
1 disconnect USB CABLE
2 ower off the phone, or wait for battery drained
3 open a terminal and
4 flasher -F main.bin -F emmc.bin -f
5 the flasher will wait for you to connect phone
6...

Try this thread (http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=86653) for an advice on how to reboot the phone using Flasher. Whether or not it will help you depends on what else is wrong.
