Yes, the app expects a dot for fractional numbers. The issue is an easy-fix, I will add a function to convert comma to dot.

For localization, sure I will look into this....

Ok, I found the sound bug, so now you should hear a sound, when this option is switched on (bug fixed version in 1st post). If you don't like it, you can change it:
Replace tor.mp3 and tor_fav.mp3...
