Mine took a while to come back too

I am not sure, but I think tmobile data settings are sent by tmobile after sim registers on network.

try making a few phone calls and see if it comes back

i only had the problem with codecs i installed myself, if its the default codecs not working I'm not sure what the problem could be.
i recommend getting the extra codec packs to everyone who wants...

remove the codec pack and then reinstall it once repos are back up. worked for me after first update
