Just a suggestion to possibly improve the UI. Might not be to everyones preference. Theres "Chats" and "Contacts" text on the bottom and the top which is a bit of a duplication. I like the text...

So I purchased the case above and it looks identical to the original Nokia CC-1020 cases. Even the injection mould lines looks the same... but I think its a really good copy.
It fits really snug...

If you have a look at the default messaging on the N9 the button to return to the main messages screen when viewing a conversation is at the top.
In my opinion they are going for the default look...
