emm, no, not in development. I just did couple of commits to 0.9 tree to fix couple of problems, to understand how the library is working at all. And i don't like it.

I'm using Sailorgram 0.9.7 on my Xperia X under latest Sailfish 3.0.2.8 Oulanka and it still works.

I have Telgra'me installed and me registred.
How can i add contacts or access to people?:confused:

You can't. Or you don't. Telegram just picks up contacts that you have, with telegram installed. Just like viber/whatsup/.......
And that's the most annoying thing about those platforms.

It is not supported yet, use the desktop app, or use the official android app, (maybe the web browser telegram app can do it too?)
