I believe there is not gonna be any updates for Fremantle cause there is Leste and all efforts are going there. Atleast at the moment.

You can check devel upgrades thread but you can easily mess up device if doing something you don't know.

Is there any spesific topic?

P.S: Typing this from my N900 and loving this device even more.

Anyway question was good, Maybe Maemo 5 is ready, no need more CSSU updates. I miss TLS1.3 support, but it doesn't have to be CSSU update if it is included with some new browser version.

Maybe it would be cool release Maemo 5 - the final CSSU release. With easy flashing install archive.

Although Leste is already some way better than Fremantle, I afraid it will not ever be better every way, There is lot of sotfware that you sitll need Maemo 5: BlessN900, MilkyTracker, MyPaint, AngryBirds, Bounce...

I think there will be Maemo 5 (with CSSU) users at least next 15 years.
