Missing repositiry
 

Hello there, I do apologise if this has already been covered but I did look here and tried google but to no avail.
Since I tried updating to pr1.3 (which Im not even sure I did succesfully) I seem to be missing the Maemo Extras Repository. Does anyone know how I can retrieve it? Ive tried adding it again but it doesnt seem to help.

what does the app manager log say if you have readded it?

It says:

Application List Partially Refreshed.
Some catalogues unavailable.
Check catalogue details.

Failed Cataloues
Maemos Extra


Then when I check rhe details I get this in a small box

http://repository.maemo.org/extras/d...armel/packages
404 Not Found (IP 217.41.223.34 80)

Then it repeats it again.

Please forgive my ignorance/lack of knowledge, but what do I do with that?

under the entry for maemo.org extras in the app catalogues, "Web Address" should say "http://repository.maemo.org/extras/" and "distribution" should say "fremantle-1.3".

the update to PR 1.3 changes that automatically, maybe you really didn't upgrade correctly?

not that i'm aware of. although i just realized that the app catalogue for the ovi store has "1.2" in its URL, dunno if that should change also. my update to PR1.3 went well, and i still have "1.2" in the ovi catalogue entry...

I have the same problem ... Try this:

Application Manager => Log => Clear

After that Close and reopen the App manager and for me is working! Try this one you 2!
