Virtual Keyboard bug
 
Dear heavens I wish this bug was fixed. Drives me nuts!!!!!

Text gets borked by selecting and trying to overtype or over-paste and the result is nonsense that you might send if in a rush via sms, yappari etc.

well, we have VKB REed, iirc that bug is fixed there. though, someone should take the ownership, so it can be included in CSSU

Thanks fmg, I had seen your post on the REing of VKB but wondered about the status of the bug.

I thought nobody uses the VKB. I had almost forgotten that we have that in Maemo :)

depends if i both hands free. i find it a little awkward pressing A for example whilst holding right handed.

It was so long ago, that I am not really sure. But knowing myself, I'd bet on it being fixed :)
