Nice article to have fun with printers but we don't really have the tools mentioned there. I'll try and mention alternatives and compile ones we don't have. I'll only be uploading binaries only.

Telnet: Gosh, we don't have it :/. Usually anyway, thanks timeless:

Net-SNMP, I won't share the full set of tools because I'm not sure they compiled right but I will share the ones mentioned (for the "Getting a JetDirect password remotely using the SNMP vulnerability" etc)

Runs in the Debian chroot alright, but I'm not sure about promisc mode.
