I just bought one on buy.com, very good price !!! But with shipping (3-5 days) and taxes, it is more around $227

You should have used the free shipping option. I bought my N810 from buy.com and magically it was delivered the next day! Happened only once though.

Now Amazon.com joined the club, also $199 with free shipping, matching buy.com. Usually what happened like the N800, several major vendors cut the price and stock disappear in a couple of days and End-of-Life sale.....that also signals a new product is coming out soon....

Just bought one this morning (along with an 8gb micro sd card and Shure se210's). they apparently shipped the n810 and the sd card already.
