BTW, would hardware acceleration benefit things like playing movies? I know it is 2D, but if media player could do it using HW-accelerated GL... At least on PC VLC can use GL for output

I got slightly tired of the Canola glitches, decided to give MBMC a go. What I could not find is the shuffle mode (across all music tracks available in the DB). Does it exist at all?

enabled=0
at the start? Otherwise the line
if [ $enabled -eq 1 ] ; then
gives the error message, when $enabled is not initialized.

canola2 rc2: cannot play music any more
Last night installed RC2 (first, of course, I used canola2 unstall script).
New version looks great indeed!
I removed ~/.canola, reconfigured, rescanned the database ... and cannot play any...

Disappearing storage on n810
After many months of using n810, it has started behaving odd. Every now and then, the storage subsystem "disables" both flash drives (mmc1 and mmc2). They just disappear. After multiple reboot...
