Actually even when i charged by USB (yes, it's fixed) does not help :-(

I'd wish so, but actually i can't - lan house is strongly limited and friends ith computers just too far away.
I flashed by Windows XP once... Actually the install cd is broken and i bought a cheap...

Thanks for trying to help... I guess the reflash is the only way to do. Like all the time when a Nokia is ****ed up again...

When i solved the problem with Flashing somehow i'll do that. Guess...

The device has been rebooted already several times, as i use a external charger and change just the batteries ... I guess i'll have to do a reflash, if i could...

Actually i'm in brazil and found one guy in São Paulo who put a new connector to the mainboard (with special solderin iron and hot air) and glued it ith expoid.

I payed about 50$ for fixing that...

Just a quick information: BatteryGraph shows me correct charge of 94%... It's just the status panel which gives wrong information... See attached screenshots...

Yea, but that's a big donload hen u just have a 10KB/sec internet connection... Any other ideas how to get it run?

Finally it worked once on XP. Maybe the flashing drivers aren't designed for...

Patch applied. Finally after a reboot still the same problem.


I used SSH for doing it... Anyway u can parse it in the shell ith "sudo gainroot", too.

Hello,

when i turn on my N900 ith any kind of battery it shows me in the statusbar a charge of 0% - even when the battery is fully charged.

When i connect a charger it will show a green led...

Right now I found out:

If the internet 3G is disconnected it charges - wallcharger or USB - if i use the n900 as a modem it will not charge sufficient. Have somebody the same problem here?

I installed BatteryGraph now and logging there the charge in %, hopefully it's working when it's connected to a charger - does it?

You're sure that the system still works? You have a ssh server installed that you can check or give your phone a call? Don't waste some ca$h by buying a new touchscreen and have the rest borken, too...

I charged by wall charger, now i put to usb, still 0% but i will keep it in for some hours and give Feedback over here.

Edit: Now i connected a No-Break between charger and Energy, maybe it's just...

Why not use the Automatic time sync feature provided by the cell phone network in the clock settings? Is there a special reason to update the clock by ntp?

i plugged out my phone today morning with a charge of "84%". Right now it's connected to the charger (all the day) and here we go:
