I've flashed ok but unable to connect to vodafone now, wifi and everything else is ok but unable to make calls etc, anyone else experienced this?

how can you ssh in when its stuck in a loop? surely it will just keep cutting off even if you can connect.

also if i reflash will i lose my music as well?

OK n00b questions time.

I'm trying to make the mplayer.conf folder but it keeps saying permission denied in emelfm2. how do i gain access to allow me to do this?

i can log onto x-term as root...

not sure don't have anything at hand to test, im hoping they haven't locked the phone to Vodaphone so i can't put an O2 sim in etc.

Anyone notice that when you go to settings and click on the title bar and where it used to just say restore original settings that it now also says "enter code for unlocking sim"?

Anyone have any idea if the update changed the location of the file? i have installed emelfm2 and the mplayer is not where it should be.

solved the media player desktop - it corrupted the shortcut once i deleted and did a new one it was OK.

Uninstall Tunewiki Applet

Tunewiki dissapeared from my desktop on my n900 so i had to reinstall it but now it will not display any lyrics at all.

looking at the logs it looks like when i go to reinstall it's using the old...
