I've finally after uninstalling many apps managed to fix it. But unfortunately it wasn't a newly installed app which caused this. It was the app I have on my device for long time - Tweakr. I forgot...

I have the same problem and I don't know which app causes it. I don't have tha programs you mentioned here.

Problem with app manager
I have a problem with the app manager - simply I can't install or uninstall anything and when I try to update the list of application to download or update it tells me that there are no applications...
