The rotation options not working is definitely a bug, and I can reproduce it.
Portrait mode when the device is being held in an inverted position is consistent with how Nokia's phone app does it,...

That sucks. Rebooting the device could help, but I don't have any suggestions beyond this. Is this on the N900? Any unusual network settings (offline mode etc) or applications installed?

I understand your pain. :( Currently changing user agents is not possible in any version of Opera Mobile 10/10.1. It's on the wishlist though, but I don't have any idea of if/when it might be added....

Ah yes. That is a known issue (not N800 specific, but the resolution of the N800 makes it much more common and obvious than on other devices).

I find it extremely unlikely that Flash will ever be supported. Supporting Flash is a lot of very hard and very frustrating work, and none of us are interested in doing it at the moment.
