Yeah WifiRouter is a handy little app, the only problem is that it'll suck down your battery much faster then bluetooth will.

Then all I'd suggest is to make sure you're not using the data connection on the phone and try removing the login info, perhaps that's just confusing it? I'm not quite sure, are you using Packet...

Hrm, I didn't enter any of the info other than #777, but I've got sprint. Is the phone paring with the IT and its just failing to connect with PDA Net?
Make sure it's check off in the PDA Net...

I hope the N800 has better N-support then the 770, some N routers, such as the Apple series, make the 770 go blind to wifi entirely.

It's OS2007, since 2007 is ment for the N800 it doesn't include the automatic offline/lock mode that we 770 users get when we snap on the cover. The closest thing you can do is to set it to Offline...

They already sell these cables on ebay for sub $5, it would be simpler to just buy one. I like this idea but I'm not sure if I trust myself enough to attempt it :)
