I rang them yesterday and was told that my order was processed and being despatched last night... today it shows as New (Other). How happy am I?
As far as I'm concerned MPD should be given this...

I'm guessing your order was for either sim free for pay as you go. MPD told me that for these there's no credit check like they do with contract so there's no interim Pending Stock status. It seems...

Big contracts can push and get a much later delivery, it wouldn't surprise me if MPD could go as late as 6-7pm. Even larger accounts like Dabs.com will fill a trailer on their own and have it trunked...

You can get through by hammering the number took me about 290 goes to get through... helps having a good redial on your phone.
Webchat links seemed to have disappeared though.
