13 times faster with webkit vs microb.
Probably says more about the lifetime of tech toys than anything else. N900 benchmark result will be interesting, if its not up to par then nokia may have...

Done, back to normal - almost. Just got do all the fiddly bits of installing some specific apps and setting soft links up etc.
Agree that jffs2 used up its spare blocks, but no crash involved -...

emelfm2 is good. But as above lots of apps call up the standard file dialog. I would love to know if there was a way to turn off its insane habit of counting the files in a directory. Its not funny...

spontaneous reboot after uninstall of ad-block plus tested the recovered profile.
All worked, so thanks again.
p.s. backed up /etc to sd card for future mistakes !
