I think the application timeframe for the maemo device program ends around the 6th or something, so it's safe to say that it should be available shortly after that date.

I would love poker clients. Pokerstars, Partypoker, Cake... Seeing that there are no official linux clients to begin with and you have to run them through wine right now, I guess it won't happen.

Last time I was in New York I brought the 770 with me. My hotel was on 77th / Broadway (3rd floor room) and I had dozens of hotspots to pick from. The ones with 1 bar I couldn't connect to at all....

I just installed the scummvm maemo port...
I just installed the scummvm maemo port (http://770.fs-security.com/scummvm/) from my mmc card, put the dot files into a folder on the same card, aded the game in scummvm and it worked.
