I will always love the N900

It's been a great 5 months with the Maemo community since I got my N900 back in Feb, no other place has led me to learn so much and I revel in the collective spirit of everyone on the forums.

was using the increased fonts without a problem on PR1.1.1.

somehow, i did the same editing after flashing to PR1.2, system fonts are larger, but the SMS/Messaging part doesn't work.

any help?

Dazzboard: Cloud Media Manager

just heard about dazzboard, a cloud media manager for videos, music, etc for mobile devices.

seems like it runs within a browser and allows you to pull social media content as well as normal...

damn for $140 this 4.8inch MID looks like a great deal. seems you can install ubuntu on this guy, it would make a very affordable in-car media headunit w GPS! pity about the terrible 1hr battery life...

may i suggest a setting for the lowest possible voltage with 125-850 cpu throttling for those (including me) who want...

titan's kernels have do be installed via wget (app that needs to be downloaded) in xterm. www.maemo.org/overclocking for titan's writeup!

yep you need to activate both from 0 to 1 to activate smartreflex.

i used to activate smartreflex, until i found out about the awesome ultra low voltage kernels of lehto and titan, after flashing...

update! just flashed to titan's XLV kernel, the 250/500/600/800 version. I'm using this instead of the XLV 500/800 version for better battery life.

seems to be rock steady! tried enabling 125mhz...

you may have better luck trying the next highest o/c kernel until you find a stable one without crashes/reboots. i personally have been using lehto's undervoltage 800mhz kernel with outstanding speed...
