flashing with windows 7 x64

hi im having trouble flashing im on vodafone ireland and no update comes up for me so i have to manually flash is there a guide on x64 windows

it says your device already has the latest rx-51 2.2009.51.1
im on windows 7 x64 i tried updating on phone but i get failed catalogues mostly i cannot find the full list of them online,nothing but...

when i start updater it says no update available or when i go to the update on the phone what could be wrong
