Normal Mode:
Phone comes on the and nokia logo fades away but does not restart

When charger in it keeps restarting

I have fixed it but

N900 does not boot up in normal mode but boots up in R&D mode.

Normal Mode:

N900 water damaged and it boot loop I flashed it and it still happens now I have put it in rice.

The Nokia logo comes up then the dots it gets stuck then restarts:mad:

Any other idea's
