I got it sorted. I had to change the sources.list for the apt-get command. It uses the same as the included App manager. Since I use the Faster Application Manager, a different sources.list is used...

I got the same problem and tried to apt-get the sip module:

My apt-get answers with:

E: Version '4.10.5-maemo0' for 'python2.5-sip4' was not found.

Did I forget anything ? It is...

Starting the 1.1.6 version of the really nice app (with installed PR1.3 (qt4.7)) ends with an error message:

in www2sms.py, line 28 in <module> from PyQt4.QtGui import QApplication
