It's working. Either fixed or I found a work around:

apt-get install libicd-network-wlan

pulled in that and a couple more packages. A quick reboot and it's working.

Now back to...

I've just re-flashed to the supported kernel but it didn't change the situation.

Things I've tried:

o reinstalling osso-connectivity-ui-conndlgs
o restarting wlancond from /etc/init.d reboots...

Hello,
First post but not a Linux newbie.

My internet at is restricted to 128k at the moment so I installed kernel-power and mobilehotspot. At some point, but not initially, internet...
