Again: Your points are valid and all.. BUT, your interpretation of warranty isn't Nokia's or the law's in this case. You use common sense while they act according to the law and the law of economics....

I won't defend Nokia's policy here or will try to just blame it on the user. I really don't agree with how randomly the decision pro/contra warranty is made at all. Maybe my usb port would have been...

I'm working at an european ASC(authorised service center) and the thing is: the production of N900 units has come to an end and there are no devices left to order for us.
