The Pads from the connector have been broken as well, therefore there is no warranty. Warranty cases are only detached USB Port, so the Pads are still available and not torn off. As well I can see a liquid damage as well, so also this alone is a clear warranty void.΄΄ " they now discovered that my Pads are broken. i cannot see any difference from rest cases that are given a new phone. as for the photos, they were taken on 8 Sept, i gave my phone at 21 July and they hadn't mention any water. look pics and tell me look at the third one there is a white scratch!! i haven't throw any drop of water. it's like they put my phone on fridge i have never opened my phone
