this broke with pr 1.2, not 1.3

unfortunately neither pr1.1 condition was perfect as swipe down to close was jerky back then (app showed for an instant on the switcher screen and then disappeared)

That said, I just try to get used to it, unfortunately I don't know how this could be solved without source from Nokia.
