I'm pretty sure it is related. Multimedia files are now hashed, if you try to upload a picture with a hash already registered it says it is already uploaded and that there's no need to upload it again. That was a smart move.

It's just that I forgot to properly handle the duplicate message notification. It'll be fixed in 0.0.30 next week.
