By reading the first post ENTIRELY.

EDIT: Yappari doesn't show the error "SMS Registration Failed" since the voice registration has been implemented (~ 0.0.27). If you would have AT LEAST read the topic let alone the first post you would have upgraded to 0.0.33 and registered successfully by now.
