This may be no file system error.

Please read the message carefully. It just states that your phone did not cleanly shut down.
There is a security mechanism to not load some crappy profile for the kernel- power settings. The message informs you about this, so you as a power user, that you are , may have to rethink the profiles settings, or just load your settings , if you think the settings were not to blame for the unclean shutdown.
May be you were changing batteries to early during shutdown, or some i/o load forced a crash of the phone, or during charging the kernel crashed the phone (which mine does quite often...)

Please give some terminal output to evaluate
