@XOleg, did you have problems with downloads using 0.7.0? I have in my mind something like @MartinK has done for modRana: https://github.com/M4rtinK/modrana-d...er/tools/polys . Except, in addition to poly files, I plan to have few others to describe relationship between libosmscout, libpostal, and geocoder-nlp datasets.
