So your Battery seems to work.. but discharges a little too fast.. I would not run it with battery in this state. Look for an equal hot spot on the pcb. Since you have two devices (and your fingers can feal heat) you can even compare heat between them. But honestly fixing might get complicated, if you cant spot something simple and obvious. How did you fix gsm? reflow, reball, new chip, springs?
