well... geez... it is a long standing issue that predates your ownership even... so it is a complete unknown as to what started the problem in the first place... Kind of hard to go step by step through what got the device to this point ....considering you weren't even present when the past owner did whatever he did... That just makes things that much harder to troubleshoot
