Indeed I've seen a video of a Droid 4 from August that rings and the phone can be 'picked up'.

I assume video on twitter was showcasing a new piece of calling gui to make it more enduser friendly.

Haven't seen any reports that the N900 voice call problems are solved. The Leste team is working their asses off though. Seen a lot of activity on IRC and some issues added on the bugtracker.
