I do not have file manger in place for the newly flashed N9, I have transferred the deb file, but unable to find the one with out file manager or terminal. Any guide to install opera mini with out file manger or terminal will be very helpful.

Edit: My N9 again failed to Charge it went to zero battery. Connected using flasher(for flash) and it is charging at 3% now. Not sure what went wrong in the mother board.
