My answer from yesterday seems to have been moderated for some reason... Anyway thanks a lot, I could enable Developer Mode and am now having a blast playing with the terminal

It's wonderful to see a now 13-year-old OS still having such dedicated fans, hats off to you. Meego really was a gem.

Nah although the Utilities package is worth the install just for wget and nano.
