Can anyone help me, please..

I'm a windows 7 (x64) user and i got this message when i try to convert my .ui file to .py

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Python26\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\uic\pyuic.py", line 4, in <module>
from PyQt4 import QtCore
ImportError: DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
