If you dislike streaming, how do you suppose of playing those all files off the server?
Uh, i dont know. How do you call it if you just open a file?

I mean, i listen to Music stored on my NAS all the time, and all i need for that is samba.

Im just searching for a possibility to browse folders an exec files on my nas with the speed of ls in the command line. That should be possible.
