Ok you were trying the sys-ui mods from n9qtweak...

Do this:

Use N9QTweak v9.0.5
Tweak T-3
Read the wiki for proper installation procedure...Its much easier and better...AND it will definitely work...If it doesn't post here or at the n9qtweak thread
