Hello - So i have my NIB 810- but how new and what image?

I found this one the web: RX-44_DIABLO_5.2008.43-7_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM

1. Is that the latest image for the 810?

My 810 lists this:

# uname -a
Linux Nokia-N810-43-7 2.6.21-omap1 #2 Tue Oct 14 11:25:25 EEST 2008 armv6l unknown

So they are both 43-7 - the question is what is PR_COMBINED, and should I flash this or is there another better community created update for the 810?
