...i think it would be a good idea to integrate a turntable with rewind and fast forward functions in the music media player. Its looks quite deceiving when you open your music and see a record with arm and needle just to find that its only album art lol theres a turn table app out at the moment and would be great if someone could do something with it the media player

what does everyone think?

Shameless plug: Give Panucci a try. It has a full-width progress bar for easy seeking and +/- 1 min / 10 sec buttons for quickly getting around in mixes.

Oddly enough, my girlfriend thought that the stock album art was some new dj app. That DJ turntable app is pretty cool though.
