Sygic is fine on my N900 bar the odd crash/losing GPS signal. My TomTom one now hardly see the light of day which speaks volume for the phones GPS.

I have an original Motorola Droid and a Samsung Galaxy Tab--both works great, but I've noticed that the Droid works flawlessly for me, locks on far quickly and far more accurately than my Galaxy Tab. Comparatively, the Galaxy Tab is generally fine most of the time but the Droid has been an incredibly faster and more accurate GPS device. I also have bluetooth GPS for my N800, but it appears to take a LOT longer than both of the Androids and it seems to be less accurate--but I'm not sure that that's all that surprising since it's so old and (I think?) it has fewer channels to fix on satellites.
